3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials in a timely manner to complete the project as agreed upon in the Agreement.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before they are final.
The client is responsible for providing clear and concise feedback throughout the project.
4. Fees and Payment
My fees are outlined in the Agreement and are payable according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Payment terms are typically net 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
I retain all ownership rights to my intellectual property, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and service marks.
The client will own all intellectual property rights created specifically for the project as outlined in the Agreement.
6. Confidentiality
I understand the importance of confidentiality and will protect all client information obtained during the course of our engagement. I will not share client data with any third party without your prior consent.
7. Termination
I may terminate these Terms and Conditions or your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.
The client may terminate the Agreement for any reason upon written notice.
8. Disclaimer
I make no warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with all faults.
9. Limitation of Liability
I shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
